WHY SHOULD YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF IAO?

Your membership provides essential funding for this unique arts organization in Oklahoma. IAO receives some funding from foundation and corporate sources. However, it is our intent to remain a grassroots organization in order for us to retain freedom of expression and for the ability of the membership to make choices most suitable to the nurturing of contemporary art in all media and for all artists in Oklahoma.

Membership supports an arts space for
• visual arts exhibitions and performances
• original theater, videos and films
• poetry projects and programs
• workshops and seminars for encouraging and supporting artists and writers

Clint – If you or Tara need help during the week with gallery sitting, admin stuff, physical help, anything (and I mean anything) – I’m available and would love to help.

Also if you are looking for committee help, I have a background in promotion & marketing.

Hello, I writing to request a small space in your beautiful Art Gallery to display Local works of Art ranging from abstract to concrete forms designed by young adults with Autism and Special Needs. These young adults are a part of Youth and Family Services who attend Art Therapy and who are now promoting their own line of Calendars and Greeting Cards displaying their prints. Please take a moment to see the works of Art at Yfs.org(of Oklahoma) and click on Bees Knees. Thank You and have a good day. Sharron Smith
